Project consisted of the renovation of a concrete masonry, single-story, building for new package delivery tenant. Project included framing & drywall for new interior office, interior demising wall, office partitions, restrooms, supplemental joist framing, acoustical ceilings, FRP, corner guards, doors/frames/hardware installation, and canopy infill framing.
