This project was a tenant improvement to an existing 2nd floor space. PSI performed the metal stud framing and gypsum board installation. Provided water resistant gypsum board at wet areas and restrooms. Security mesh was installed at existing corridor wall to provide added security for the bank. Provided new wall insulation at new walls and acoustical ceilings throughout. PSI furnished and installed all doors, frames and hardware. Hung wall coverings over level 5 finish walls.
