Complete renovation of an existing multi-floor CityWalk restaurant. Scope included demolition, full MEP upgrades, large A/V package, new kitchen and equipment, themed metal fabrications (scoreboard super structure, large exterior monitor, planter boxes, exterior shade sails), terrazzo flooring, casework, full fire safety upgrades, new restrooms, and new drywall & ACT ceiling systems.
