Historical renovation project of Tower Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles converted 1927 theatre into a retail outlet and outpost with programs, classes, and other events. Scope included framing and/or drywall of north & south high soffit bands, radius historic ceiling, north & south singers balcony level 1 & 2, case opening for video wall, speaker boxes & ovals, elevator 2 lobby, guard rail ceilings, store front soffit, and Genius Bar at 2nd level.
