Rudy Corrales brings more than 35 years of construction experience to PSI Builders, with roots that run deep as a third-generation carpenter. Having grown up around the trade, Rudy was exposed to the industry at an early age, working alongside family and developing a strong foundation that would shape his career in the field.
He officially began his career as a laborer before advancing through the ranks as a carpenter apprentice, journeyman, and foreman. Over the years, Rudy continued to take on greater responsibility, serving as a general foreman and later transitioning into project management roles prior to joining PSI in 2018. Since then, he has held positions as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager before stepping into his current role as General Superintendent.
Rudy’s experience spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, commercial tenant improvement, and residential projects. His diverse background and field-first perspective allow him to lead teams with a practical, solutions-driven approach that keeps projects moving forward efficiently and safely.
A proud member of the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters, Rudy is deeply committed to the growth and development of the next generation of tradespeople. He takes pride in mentoring younger carpenters and helping them build meaningful, long-term careers in the industry.
Outside of work, Rudy is a dedicated family man and active member of his community. He has spent years coaching Little League and contributing to local schools, including helping establish a high school boosters club where he served as Treasurer.
